RoHS Analysis is a summary of information, which confirms the compliance status of your product and your suppliers’ part numbering system method to ensure accurate procurement.

Confirmation of the Manufacturers’ part numbering system indicating whether the particular Manufacturer is changing their part number or will be using alternate methods to indicate compliance (i.e. date coding).

We provide you with 100% completed Bill of Materials feedback with no research and gathering required by your company. This information will allow your company to make an almost seamless transition into a fully RoHS compliant product. Database management, research and documentation collection will be reduced to a minimum. Additionally, sourcing of compliant components will be much easier and hassle-free.

The RoHS compliance analysis will provide you with manufacturer and part specific information, noting whether manufacturers have made part number changes or are using a date code method to indicate RoHS Compliance.

To ensure that your RoHS compliant Bill of Materials meets the increase temperature requirements of a lead free manufacturing process we will also provide you with the peak re-flow temperature of each component.

And last but not least we will provide you with the manufacturers Material Declaration Forms. These forms will be what the European Commission will require within 28 days of request to allow your product to ship into one of the European Union countries.

COMPONENT ENGINEERING SERVICES

We combine component engineering and supply chain analysis to provide recommendations for replacement of non-compliant line items contained within the product. Research is focused on existing approved manufacturers first, alternate manufacturers second and alternate technologies third. Data-sheets for existing approved product and recommended alternates are obtained and submitted. By providing initial research, data-sheets, and samples upon request, the goal is reduce time required by valuable Engineering resources on the client side.
